J.R. Radtke has had over 38 years of experience in building homes, commercial projects, and major remodeling of both. To assist you in developing your project we work closely with several architects and design professionals, or would be happy to work with someone of your choosing.

Of major importance is the ability to maintain effective communication with the clients, architects, inspectors, sub-contractors, and engineers. This allows us to provide service with the least amount of misunderstanding or misinterpretation possible. We take pride in the fact that the sub-contractors we use are some of the best available and all have the required licensing and insurance. In addition to a job superintendent, J.R. supervises all projects and will work along with the crews when necessary to get the job done.
