 As
president of JTR Contractors, I believe much of my success in the
construction industry can be attributed to my total commitment to
each of my clients, striving to provide a worry free and comfortable
atmosphere while helping them to achieve their goals.
I pride myself
on having "in depth" knowledge of all phases of construction,
both residential and commercial. Beginning in 1967, I have progressed
from Journeyman Carpenter through the ranks as Foreman, Superintendent,
Project Manager, Registered General Contractor, and finally to Certified
General Contractor and business owner. Over the course of my career
I have supervised the successful completion of renovations and historic
preservations, residential homes, multi-storied office buildings,
hotels and condominiums, and educational and medical facilities.
Ongoing education
is a priority in an ever-changing industry. I am diligent in attending
any training available to stay abreast of new construction methods
as well as the legal aspects of adapting to any new codes that are
implemented.
I believe in
the work that I do. That it is of the highest quality possible for
the amount charged, and that all jobs, large or small, are completed
with the utmost care and attention to detail that my company can
provide.
